  • FillaseatHouston.com IS A 24-HOUR SITE. AS A MEMBER YOU MAY LOG IN 24/7. ALL OFFERS ARE MONTHLY, THUS YOU CAN SELECT ANY OFFER THAT IS AVAILABLE, BUT KNOW THAT IT WILL EXPIRE AT THE END OF THE MONTH.

  • ALL MEMBERS MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER (VALID PROOF REQUIRED). GUEST ACCOMPANYING MEMBERS MAY BE UNDER 18 (IF Deal ALLOWS).

  • Some offers/events may have a required age of 21 so be aware of any age requirements before selecting any offers/tickets

  • ALL MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED ONLY 1 MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE PER YEAR, PER HOUSEHOLD. SIGNING UP FOR MORE THAN 1 MEMBERSHIP WILL DISQUALIFY ALL MEMBERSHIPS.

FillaseatHouston.com WILL SEND OUT AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION WHEN NEW BUSINESSES ARE ADDED, HOWEVER, IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF MEMBERS TO LOG IN ON A REGULAR BASIS TO SEE WHAT BUSINESSES ARE AVAILABLE. FillaseatHouston.com LIMITS THE EMAILS THAT ARE SENT OUT.

  • DEALS ARE ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS.

  • ONLY MEMBERS MAY USE DEALS/TICKETS. IF A MEMBER DISTRIBUTES THE DEALS/TICKETS TO A NON-MEMBER, THEIR MEMBERSHIP WILL BE CANCELLED WITHOUT REFUND.

  • MEMBERS SHOULD ONLY REQUEST DEALS (DISCOUNTS) THEY PLAN ON USING. THERE WILL BE TIMES THAT OUR DEALS/TICKETS ARE LIMITED.

  • The offers from local businesses on FillaseatHouston.com are limited and have expiration dates. The offers are good for 30 days from the time the business goes live on FillaseatHouston.com so pay close attention to the dates before you select an offer.

    [An example of this will be a business goes live on the 1st of the month with FillASeatHouston but you don't select the offer until the 25th of the month so you will only have 5 or 6 days to redeem the offer depending on the days in a given month so please look at the age of the offer and make sure you give yourself enough time to redeem the offer.]

    We want all offers to be redeemed but make sure to check the date of origin to determine the expiration date and please allow yourself enough time. Offers can be renewed so if you miss the offer you want in 1 month it could return again the following month or somewhere down the line but this is at the discretion of the business.

IF A MEMBER IS DENIED ADMISSION, THIS WILL BE LOOKED UPON BY FillaseatHouston.com AS A MEMBER NOT FOLLOWING BASIC CONDUCT RULES, AND A WARNING OR MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION WILL FOLLOW.   • MEMBERS MAY ONLY RESERVE ONE DEAL/TICKET PER DAY. THEY MAY ALSO ONLY GET A DEAL/TICKET FROM A PARTICULAR BUSINESS ONCE. THIS WILL ALLOW ALL MEMBERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO TRY OUT THE BUSINESS. IF EXTRA DEALS/TICKETS BECOME AVAILABLE FOR A PARTICULAR BUSINESS, FillaseatHouston.com RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE DEALS/TICKETS AVAILABLE FOR MEMBERS TO RESERVE A SECOND TIME.

  • WHEN A MEMBER SIGNS UP FOR A DEAL/TICKET, THEY WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION THAT INCLUDES NAME OF RESTAURANT, DEAL/TICKET INFORMATION AND EXPIRATION DATE. IT WILL ALSO INCLUDE ANY RESTRICTIONS. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING THIS TO THE BUSINESS AND PRESENT IT BEFORE USING THEIR SERVICES. IF YOU ARE NOT RECEIVING THE CONFIRMATION EMAILS, BE SURE THAT YOUR SPAM FOLDER IS ALLOWING OUR EMAILS THROUGH.

  • FillaseatHouston.com MAY SEND MEMBERS AN EMAIL. FillaseatHouston.com IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST EMAILS, BLOCKED EMAIL ACCOUNTS, OR ACCOUNTS THAT VIEW OUR EMAILS AS SPAM OR JUNK MAIL.
